The sweetest french provincial dresser

This piece was so fun to do! I rarely come across this type of french provincial dresser so I was so excited when I found it! First I stripped the old paint off the drawers and then did a pure white wash of Annie Sloan paint over them, sanding and washing over and over until happy with the look. I white washed some of the original gold trim and chipped at it. The blue is a mix of louis blue, provence and old violet. The hardware I painted with chalk paint and then applied AE pearl glaze and gold gilding wax. I added extra gold gilding wax to all the pretty curved edging too. It was all sealed with clear AS wax. I forgot to take a "before" photo. You can read the blog Chalk Paint and Wax to find out how to use those products in detail.

I have lots of helpful videos on my YouTube channel.
